I watched this on tv in 2003. even though Ireland is a stunning beauty and did well as a MW, I would have liked to see Canada win. She was the candidate that year who was THE package. I also think Miss Philippines was the clear second runner up. China was not just the host, but she had a bad hairstyle! If she was a knockout beauty, then it wouldn't be surprising for her to finish Top three, but she wasn't one!
