Hi Bekki! I do not regret having surgery at all, it was the best thing I ever did... There are some down sides, like I do dump, but I actually look at that as a blessing because it helps keep me on track a little more than I would have probably been able to on my own! Hugs! Bobbie
What a magnificent transformation! Congratulations. I too have struggled with lard my entire life. I'm now taking hoodia, but there are so many shysters in the supplement racket, it's very hard to know if I'm taking the genuine article. Have you heard about the amazing weight loss properties of the old vertigo drug Betahistine? They did a 3-month study, and the obese people taking it lost an average of 4 pounds a WEEK.
