awesome choke, sir! The baseball bat choke is one of my favorites. No idea it was also called a gator choke tho, I was always told the gator choke was something different. Nice to learn something new!

very nice. its seems that the temptation for the top guy to keep passing in this situation is too great, but if he just went back into the guard, all would not be lost. excellent job in mundials too jeff. most people wake up laughing after they get choked, your victims look totally lost!

sweet. So your left hand has got the right side of his collar what's your right hand doing? I'm not seeing how you're making the choke. When I brought up the vid I was expecting an anaconda gator roll type choke.

thanks. think of it like you are holding a baseball bat. then you give your back while you still have the baseball bat grip. it's a really sneaky move. it's called a gator choke because u give your back and you roll to get the choke. i hope this helps!

Hey, how did you do that choke from the guard? I usually only get that from side mount transitioning into north south.

youcan get it from anywhere as long as you put your hands in the right place(like how you get it from side mount to north south). the only downside you give is up points so you can choke the other guy(watch my other vid-i lost by points). watch as i let him pass my half guard and turn the other way. i haven't perfected it yet but by the next tournament this is going to be my main submission. hope this helps
