This was a First fire, not a Final dyno! intake not connected, and we later found out that the shaft is half seized to the backplate and it's brand new.

Heat from the exhaust that turn/make the turbo (go)
More fuel you use to turn the engine, more exhaust/heat you get to the turbo :) that again compress the engine.
And some have blow-off/dump ventile.
