This is an argument advanced by Orly Taitz; the dentist/lawyer. There is an obvious flaw in the argument however. If your President was born abroad the Certification of Live Birth would say so. So the fact that Hawaii issues birth certificates to foreign-born persons is irrelevant. The certification of a foreign-born person will not state that the person was born in Hawaii. All the arguments advanced by the Birthers are like this and it is easy to demonstrate that they are false.

He is not hiding his Certification of Live Birth which is the only document issued in the state of Hawaii when a birth certificate is requested. It is a 'short form' and is accepted in many cases as a 'birth certificate' receipt, but in a case questioning eligibility, does not represent anything due to the loopholes that allowed many people to get COLB's in Hawaii until 1972.

Now, I can't say WHAT, was amended, but I can speculate. There aren't a whole lot of reasons to amend a vital record. But some reasons include, Adoption (hmm maybe Lolo in Indonesia DID adopt him so he could go to school there?), name changes and Citizenship Changes hmm. Something to think about. Also note the 'filed by registrar' signifies the amendmend hasn't been 'Accepted' yet either. (Doesn't post until after it's Accepted by Registrar) Very odd!

I'm surprised... he got the Omnibus and the Stimulus mixed up. Omnibus had the earmarks, but Stimulus had plenty of pork projects funded. Semantic difference only in that the Stimulus had them built in whereas and earmark is added to a budget bill. Still... Not like him to goof up facts.
