@jjkadyo ms vs is used for writing the code to create programmes...

@jjkadyo there are many different programming software out there. if you want to run the programme its a good idea to have a VS or a like. bloodshed dev is a good free c++ software.

Microsoft Visual Studio an IDE, it is basically for writing code such as C++, C and so on. You can just reinstall visual studio if you lost it or you can try some new IDE such as DevC++ or even Notepad++. If you prefer visual studio over those than thats fine, they have a free version of that just go on google and search microsoft visual studio express and download and install it.
