There is no question, the new Audi A8 is a magnificent car. It's the first to use all LED headlights, can support its OWN wifi network, first to integrate google into navigation, has the brand new MMI (an industry best), has all the technology of its competitors, comes with quattro all wheel drive, has pull out desks in the back for laptop use..
ALSO, I'd like to point out that recently, the Israeli government purchased one for its President as a limosine. Why not an S-Class or 7-Series? Hmm.
im gonna tell u right here....the A8 looks simple and not very luxurious, but when you sit in one, especially the A8 L, wow! you feel like a political figure haha...this car is pretty slick, with a custom paint job, some nice wheels...i hope they make and S version!

I like Audi's, I always have. But these days you would be hard pressed to distinguish between an A4, A5, A6 or A8 at a distance. All the cars are lovely designs, but a bit too close to each other in appearance. I wouldnt say no to any of them though, especially this one.

This GORGEOUS car is a TRUE Masterpiece, worthy of a top spot in any automotive design museum. Audi has outdone themselves with this one...makes the BMW and Benz forgettable to be sure. Exquisite proportion, lines, fluidity, execution and all-around beauty. Stunning, and CAN'T WAIT to get mine this fall!!!
haha! imbecile, the fitting word! there are many many people who call these german cars "ugly", i don't know if they prefer their toyota corollas or nissan sentras, but they seriously must not be serious about their tastes!
Audi is a good brand, but for the top model, Mercedes is still more prestige. Maybe because most world leaders, from communist to democracy, religious to dictator; ride in Mercedes.
I think how the light plays on the body panels will be key as to how this car looks in the flesh, like some of the design details, more interesting than the BMW & series and the interior looks far far nicer. Some nice new tech too...

audi A8 = best interior, headlights/taillights
BMW 7/Jaguar XJ = best exterior overall.
mercedes = time to make some new children!!

my dad currently has a 2009 a8 and i love it! I still like his old body style more than this one. This one isn't as masculine
