hey man, well done on the vid. I really think you had the choice of zooming in with as risk not all strings were in sight. i think you've chosen well, zooming in helps a lot more. doesnt matter you stumble a bit, this is a fine vid which more people should use for their skill improvement ;-).

hey, when i do the part where you go two frets down a couple of times, it doesn't sound smooth at all. there's a very unwanted silence or sliding sound instead of the smoothness you have going on.. do you have any reverb on or do i just need to get faster with my fingers

On the decending thirds part, he actually plays fourths and the 6th and 4th frets on the d and g strings together. Try it out and see if you like how it sounds. Sweet guitar man, I have a Cu22 as well!

You can also play the fourths on the A and D strings at the 11th then 9th frets. That's where John plays it, but its up to you which is more comfortable.
