there is a way to get the flame ring for shadow without the ring dash

All u have to do is use ur spin dash but make it so you could spindash then jump all the way there!

if u get any of these power ups on a level if u exit the level after u got them will u still have them if u go and do another mission? or do u have to complete the mission u got it on and then u wouls have it?

you can get the flame ring (shadow) without the air shoes
