How do you tell if you made a PSI Wheel or a PSI Ball? Whenever I try the pen roll or focus on something I think I try too soon and it never works for me. Someone please teach me how to make it or how you know.

try meditating ,i mean really deep meditating unlocks psi abilities .Because once you clear your mind of the usless trash that you r programed to think psi abilities will manifest them selves naturally . And like every thing else it just takes practice and a great deal of emotional control. If you can learn how to play a sport or a instriment really well you can do a simple feat like this tk is only the start just imagin your self in five or ten or 20 years later.

you have to concentrate on what you want to move...psi wheel is light, probably you would want to move a person or something heavier...well, you can't do that unless your TK is powerful enough to move one....

get a thermal camera or a flir camera and yall try to move something with the camera on u....try for a few minutes and then watch the film...u will be able to see ur own energy in the form of vivid colors...it wont be heat cause trust me when u concentrate on the object to be moved ur energy actually comes from the upper torso area and then starts to head toward the object....and when u stop concentrating on it, the energy instantly stops....now thats how to see it but doing it this good is wow
