Can't even play war anymore or muck about on building sites without getting arrested. Poor basterds. What about M.A.S.K , Visionaries and Terrahawks. these two villains ' voices are voiced by frank welker and chris latta who also voiced megatron and starscream respectively....exactly like transformers....leader and second in command....
Actually... Charlie Adler did the voice for Rasp and Hammerhead too. Frank Welker did indeed do the voice for Emperor Krulos. Best Cartoon on TV in my day. Loved it!!! Imagine if this was turned into a movie!! It would blow peoples minds... CLASS!!
Adler was not the voice for Rasp. just for Hammerhead. Like I said above, Welker provided the voice for Rasp and used a similar voice for the dinobot Sludge.

You are wrong. Welker provided the voice for both Krulos and Rasp. ALso Rasp is not second in command, Croc is the second in command.
