@gjerlov just read the emails from University of East Anglia's Climate Research Unit. The whole AGW hockey stick rise was based on three cherry picked trees in one forest in Siberia. In the emails there are three key phrases that stick out.
"Hiding the decline" in temps over the last decade, or "tricking the data" to eliminate the LIA and MWP, or my favorite is the "fudge factor" in the computer code to get rid cooling data from the last decade

Yet, arctic ice and mountain glaciers have shrunk nearly 50% the last 34 years due to Global Warming.

I agree. To foreigners they're almost impossible to understand. Most people always sending the old good RP to the hell, but I don't quite understand it. I think it was better when a common accent was promoted in public schools.
