@XSC3 Planned Parenthood isn't "sneaking around," many companies that work with PP choose to keep their link with PP discreet, Planned Parenthood doesn't ask for money under the table. The disposal companies, medical supply companies, etc etc choose not to disclose their work w/ PP. Komen wasn't keeping its tie with PP a secret, and PP was using Komen money specifically for cancer screenings, not for other services. Did you know PP provides prenatal care as well as abortion services?

PP's main mission is to offer reproductive health education and contraception to avoid abortion altogether. PP is a full reproductive health clinic
I am seeing way too many teen pregnancies. The thing is majority of unplanned pregnancies are mostly caused caused by the mentality that "protection." brings. People take these protective measures thinking that they're foolproof when they're just not. It's either the condom broke, or she thought she took the pill. So I just don't think teens should have such easy access to "protection." I mean if you where about to have sex with your girlfriend with no protection, would you even do it?

It is really sad that SGK pulled the funding from Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood is one of the largest providers of breast cancer screening for low income women. I went to the Planned Parenthood website and was amazed at the many women health services that this organization provides. They even provide some services for men. SGK should be ashamed of themselves for allowing politics to get in the way of womens health.

Fact is ..nobody should be dependent on Planned Parenthood. Most cities have the same services thru medical assistance programs and most are cheaper.
PP charges twice as much for STD screenings than Austin's medical assistance clinics.
UnPlanned Parenthood does a great job at poisoning women thru dangerous birth control. I like some birth control,but hormone therapy is a bad idea. The future will show women the truth of how harmful birth control is, and why PP is evil.

If two men get into a struggle and "accidentally" causes a woman to miscarry, the husband has legal recourse as in those days children were considered a blessing and a help to a family's stability and prosperity. It then discusses a man whose "intent" it was to take the child's life.

I want to know how people who are anti-abortion think they know what is better for a given woman than that woman herself? If a woman is pregnant and wants to undergo an abortion, who the hell is anyone else to tell her what life choice she should make? She is perfectly capable of weighing the options herself and determining her own future. The burden of parenthood will fall on her, and unfortunately in many cases her alone. Last I understood it, judgement is God's domain and his domain only.

@XSC3 Planned Parenthood isn't "sneaking around," many companies that work with PP choose to keep their link with PP discreet, Planned Parenthood doesn't ask for money under the table. The disposal companies, medical supply companies, etc etc choose not to disclose their work w/ PP. Komen wasn't keeping its tie with PP a secret, and PP was using Komen money specifically for cancer screenings, not for other services. Did you know PP provides prenatal care as well as abortion services?

But when the Chamber of Commerce was caught getting donations from foreign entities, they said that money is completely seperate from money for ads, because using foreign money for ads is illegal.

@aldadebater Here is what most of the money is used for contraceptive education, screening and treatment of STD's (on men and women), pap smears, pregnancy tests, prenatal care, breast exams, cancer screenings, insertion of IUD's, prescriptions for birth control, public outreach and advocacy., etc etc. Abortion is 3% of all services provided by PP. PP's main mission is to offer reproductive health education and contraception to avoid abortion altogether. PP is a full reproductive health clinic

I am seeing way too many teen pregnancies. The thing is majority of unplanned pregnancies are mostly caused caused by the mentality that "protection." brings. People take these protective measures thinking that they're foolproof when they're just not. It's either the condom broke, or she thought she took the pill. So I just don't think teens should have such easy access to "protection." I mean if you where about to have sex with your girlfriend with no protection, would you even do it?

It is really sad that SGK pulled the funding from Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood is one of the largest providers of breast cancer screening for low income women. I went to the Planned Parenthood website and was amazed at the many women health services that this organization provides. They even provide some services for men. SGK should be ashamed of themselves for allowing politics to get in the way of womens health.
