  • awsome..

i wud wanna get that done..

but the piercings wud likely get in the way..

    end up gettin caught..

too much of a hassle really.

    but kudos to you!.

  • wow you were really braveI do not, each would have never done

  • I had one done too, they are pretty cool, and yours is amazing, congratulations!!

  • dude thats fricken wicked!! looks extremely painful to get done but i bet its worth it! its gotta be expensive too!

  • With 3-4 inch bars, even PTFE, it would be almost impossible for these to drain properly. :( Fortunately, I assume since the nice lady said she removed them shortly after, they were meant to be temporary, so rejection, drainage, and migration aren't really an issue. Looks great. :D

  • That's sexy. Question... does the skin bruise bad like getting tats on the back do?

  • you rock! corset piercings are so sexy!

  • Wow, I've never...seeen....someone get anything but the usual piercings before, didn't know you could pierce your BACK.

  • you can pierce anywhere where there is skin.

    Gosh.

  • Yes, thank you. :o)

  • thats pretty scary.

but frciking awesome XD i like it 5/5

  • Damn, thats all I can say...damn. xD

  • can it grow out?

    like sternum?

  • Any surface piercing has the potential to migrate/reject. However; various methods, aftercare, the artist, etc...all impact the piercings survival rate.

  • ayyeee,

    that looks amazing.

I've been itching to get em for so long but they're just not practical.

    (Y)

  • Whether or not they're practical is totally dependent on your lifestyle. For me, it was not at all compatible, hence why I removed it shortly thereafter.

  • Its an irony your screen name is ApathecticAllison.

Not that I disagree with body modification/tattoos/piercings, but when one drops subtle clues that they are psychologically vexxed I really wonder what its really all about to them. Apathy defined is a lack of enthusiasm, concern, or interest.

  • Funny, it's been over a year since this (and other) videos of mine have been posted, and yet you're the first person to catch onto that. Kudos.

The screen name, however; comes from a joke dating back to the 8th grade. I do not, nor have I ever, considered myself apathetic and/or 'psychologically vexxed'.

  • Love it!!

  • That's awsome! But while I watched your vid, I felt like I couldnt breathe

  • I want that done so bad.

  • those are freaking awesome.. at the place I get my tattoos done at, they have a picture of some girl with those down her legs.. it is very beautiful

  • you took it out?

  • That I did.

  • yummy

  • how well does it heal up after you take them out?

  • Like they were never there! I had what looked like little mosquito bites, and in a few weeks, any evidence was gone.

  • wow thats amazing

  • wicked

    that was insane lol

  • I've GOT to ask; scale of 1-10 (10 being worst) what's the pain level?

  • Well, pain is relative...but in comparison to everything else I've gotten done, a ten.

  • why did you get it done if you took it out a week later???

  • I had wanted it done for 4 years, and it was perfect timing between work & school to do so. 'Why I got it done' was much more than an aesthetics reason.

  • perfect timing? yet you had to take it out the next week? I'm sooo confused...

  • Yes, as previously stated, "between work & school". It wasn't meant to be permanent.

  • that looks like the aftercare would be a real pain in the ass.

  • For the week that I had it, aftercare was manageable. Warm sea-salt soaks a few times a day.

  • think it luks gorgeous its just wurryin abart rippin em out on accident or summert daft and what if yu dnt want em dun later in life?

  • I removed them after a week, due to work/school related obligations. And thank ya!

  • Beautiful!

  • omg! that's sick! props for being able to handle that.

  • i'm not a big of piercing but i admire you for being brave enough to do this.

  • omg thats sik dude!

    awsome!

  • holy shit that looks so painful! more power to ya girl!!

  • OMG how could u do that i couldnt even barely stand gettin mi ears peirced lol; ur brave i admire u for this :)

  • that seems painfull! but it looks hot..

  • How on earth do you ware a bra?

Very brave by the way, I admire you.

  • Haha, the bra was actually an issue for the first day. It managed to fit perfectly in between the second and third row (I believe) as soon as I got accustomed to it.

  • thats heavy, so awesome that you did that!

  • THIS IS SO KICK ASS!!!

  • That is really hawt.

  • Few things are sexier than metal fused with flesh.

    I'm in love.

  • omg !! This is soo cool !

  • Thats gnar.

  • ok... in the next 2 months i've been told i'm getting this done... i have no real qualms about it, and i'm kind of embarrased to ask... but was it extremely painful? i handle pain pretty well... i'm just getting nervous watching this though

  • i´m learning how to do that ones!

it´s awesome!i hope many people come to do like yours at my studio!

    GO GIRL ;)

  • your body rejects the metal ring in the skin after a period of time it varys between each person and it usually leaves no marks.

  • First, it isn't a metal ring. It's a PTFE barbell with a slave ring & 5mm ball. And while it varies between people, surface piercings (if kept for an extended period of time) do scar.

  • omfg !!! how much did that hurt ?!

    looks heaps good tho

  • wow, it looks really cool! :D..

how much did it cost to get that done?

  • Lovely. I was hoping to have this done for my prom but was not in a monetary position to do so. Was there significant scarring?

  • None at all, actually.

  • this is beautifull^^i like it;*

  • why would u want a piercing like that..

  • I may have already states this...but for a number of personal reasons that I would rather not discuss on youtube. :o)

  • its amazing.

  • this is permanent or temp?

  • Temporary.

  • That looks SO cool

  • What I dotn understand is, Why are the studs there that are also pierced, theyre not connected to the hoops are they?

  • The 'studs' (ball) and the 'hoops' (slave rings) are connected - with custom cut PTFE. The entire thing is 'pierced'.

  • That looks stunning, But I couldnt have it done, Imma baby xD

  • howmuch does that cost?

  • what do corset piercings symbolize?

is it we are internals wrapped in a skin shroud that isnt really "who" we are, but just a covering?

Maybe like, "i wear this skin, but this isnt me. I don it daily to slip by as one of you"

or something like that? ...because obviously there is a strong reason why this would mean so much to someone. I'd be interested in knowing.

  • that looks hot..

  • i love corset piercing...but damn its really hurts

  • damm this is crazy!!!!

  • gosh i'd b so scarred they'd get pulled out somehow. looks friggin amazing tho.

  • looks painful but awesome!

  • Too bad I've never met a woman who left them in...

  • wudnt it feel uncomftable with clothes on?

  • It wasn't terrible...the clothing just laid flat against my back, like it normally would. I mean, clothing only weighs a few onces.

  • how long did it/does it stay in for? dont surface peircing often come out themselves? just curious.. Looks gorgeous btw :-D

  • Woah, This is awesome.

id never have the guts to get it tbh,

Must hurt? but result = pretty awesome :D

    weldone (Y)

  • sooo cool :)

  • I wanted something like that, but my body doesnt like metal, nothing heals well :(

  • it looks sexy, but i would never get it (:

  • omg i think corset piercings are so cool but i wuld never get it

  • Thats hot =]

  • that looks very cool, I was wondering how much you have to pay for something like that? and doesn't it grows out?

  • It was done as a learning experience for both me and my mentor, so it was free of charge. It can be left in permanently, but I took it out in about a week.

  • Looked really amazing, its nice that you did it for your mentors learning as well as your own enjoyment.

Its obvious you've researched it and all the rest, great videos

    =]

  • bloody hell ur brave!

  • I am a 42 year old grandmother, who was looking for videos on navel piercing (which I want to have done) when I came across this. WOW! You are a brave person! It looks awesome, but I couldn't do it!

  • Nice work:)

  • i wanna know how to sleep wit the pierce all over your back ?

  • After the third night, it was surprisingly fine/not uncomfortable.

  • ist nice

  • You rock!!!And I am rock but I seriously could never do that!!

  • must be a bitch when you go through metal detectors..hehehe =P

  • It's actually PTFE, with just 16 titanium balls. And body jewelry (unless it's lots of large gauge) usually doesn't set off detectors. :o)

  • dude props to you man that looks like

    it hurt like a motha..

  • That is soooooo cool ! :D

  • auch! you rock...it will hurt a lot

  • Pain is relative.

  • There is potential for them to be permanent, for someone who knows how to take care of them, doesn't have a job that would complicate healing, is willing to constantly care of them and be aware of them...etc. I got it done for learning purposes, the practice of my mentor, among various other personal reasons.

  • You rock!!! I seriously could never do that!!

  • i am getting it done on my lower arm. thanks for the great vid.

  • what is the point in this?

because you pay money for it.

    it prob will hurt.

    and its only tempoary.

and it leaves you scared for life.

it just doesnt make sense to me.

  • The point is personal and I'd rather not share it over the wonders of youtube.

I didn't pay for it. My mentor did it.

It did hurt, but I obviously was prepared for that and took it as a learning experience.

PTFE piercings can be healed, but I had no intentions of making it permanent.

I'm not scared. Not a single mark lasted more than a month.

It doesn't need to make sense to you, but you obviously showed some sort of interest, because you watched the video.

  • MMm, Im hopefully going to get this done very soon. :3

from the looks of you it didnt hurt much. YAY confidence booster!

  • terrificcccccc

  • fuck that would hurt

  • It's different for every person.

  • yeah that makes sence, to bad its only temp, its so pretty :D

  • omg your so lucky I want to get this done on my side! how do care for that afterwards?

  • The immediate care is hot compresses and salt salt soaks. However, as with most corsets, it's temporary and was removed within a week. While PTFE can be healed in some surface piercings, there is too much movement in the back to have any success with it.

  • u are my hero

  • OW!

    FUCK OW.

    Dayumm....

  • Dont like it :)

  • wooow your a fucking tough bitch hahaha i woulnt get that done

  • Woahhh. Your hot, and thats coming from a girl. Ahem yep anywayyy... That loooks fucking awesome. i wouldnt mind getting that done [= Cept im poor. I have one surface piercing on my hip and it was 80 dollars is it the same for each one they do in a corset piercing cos surely that would cost a fuckload

  • holycrap this makes me almost not want to get one!!

    key word, "ALMOST"

i'm getting mine on my side.

    EEP!

    how was the healing process?

  • I took it out after a week, but it was terrible until day 3/4.

Are you doing surface bars/permanent or CBRs/temporary?

  • OMG Honey look at those Bruises on you. :-O

  • Bruises? Maybe it's the lighting or the surgical pen rubbing off.

  • Hmm..I have probably I really stupid question, but do they give numb your back first or give you pain killers? That looks like it would hurt ALOT. Alot alot alot.

  • No, there were no painkillers involved.

  • why would u get one tho

  • I've wanted a corset piercing since I was 13, around the first time I saw it. It's a way to feel in control of your own body and for aesthetic purposes, among other personal reasons.

  • Wow, did this hurt too bad? I mean, did you ever feel like crying? I am looking to get this done but uuuuugh... now what I've seen it... >.>

  • The immediate shock of it almost pushed out a tear. I really didn't know what to expect, so I went in assuming it would be like any other piercing. I was wrong, but it was worth the experience.
