Imagine clicking the channel to this, one of the more "Northern Exposure" type scenes and just changing it to watch something else. Twin Peaks is a strange almost mosaic piece b/c it goes from boonies to horror house. I especially like the red room scenes like Cooper's dreams episode. I think Balandeti's music is sometimes too faint as the sound to some of the more icky scenes.

I think this scene with Shelley is so romantic. In fact I love Lynch's portrayal of romance. The scene in 'Lost Highway' where Alice and Pete see each other for the first time is beautiful. Also the end of 'Wild at Heart' (I won't give it away), makes me cry it's so sweet!
