the first time i heard this song was in 1973 , in majorca , and is still one of my favorites , i particularly like ,their live versions , where they are in control of the song and take you places the studio version cant .they have that special knack which not all acts with great songs can do .

Fantastisch! Ik voor het eerst zag Golden Earring terug in het midden van de jaren 70 toen ik woonde in Nederland! De laatste keer dat ik ze zag spelen in Holland was in het Pink Pop Festival in 1977! Ik was een Amerikaanse student die deelgenomen aan de Internationale School in AFCENT tussen 1974-1978! Onze familie woonde niet ver van Scheveningen in Bunschoten-Spakenburg en we gebruikt om naar Den Haag de hele tijd voor de prachtige stranden naakt!

Toen ik naar school, gebruikten we naar de clubs in Maastricht, Geleen, Heerlen en Brunssum en dat is waar ik voor het eerst zag Golden Earring! Na het verlaten van Holland heb ik niet zie deze band weer totdat ze deden hun stateside tournee in 1982 in San Antonio, TX! Heb niet meer gezien sinds ze spelen maar ik hoor ze nog steeds samen en nog steeds het spelen van het circuit! Hoop ik naar hen spoedig weer te zien! Cheers en Salutations al mijn Nederlandse broeders!
