Cool video, cool descent. Love me some GMR. Friend of mine uses dashware on a lot of his rides and races. He uses just about every visual feature you'd want, including g-force on turns. Search "Descending Stunt" for an example. Oh, and that's me in the front.

Awesome video! Might be a stupid question, but how did you mount your Garmin to your top tube? Did the Garmin come with a mount for that?

@firefern1990 Its the stem/bar mount that came with my Garmin. just used a couple zip ties. Its mounted there because it gets in the way of my iBike Pro.

Awesome!! I live in Glendora, but have never ridden on GMR. I have always stayed on the San Gabriel River Bike Path (Azusa to Seal Beach). I have heard some scary stories about the dumb high school kids racing their cars recklessly up there, and I just don't feel like risking it against them - I was wondering, have you had any problems with those kids?? This is a great video; I love your high-tech gadgets!

It wasn't the gearing. I didn't want to be rude and pass the lady ahead of me. I also weigh 127 lbs. Or 152 if you include bike gear and water

-6% grade and you're only hitting 30-33mph ? You need some better gearing, I'd have been over 40 easily on that road.
