I got a notification "You can now upload videos longer than fifteen minutes."... So... I did it.
I guess I'd been so close to limit for so long, and have uploaded so many videos, they decided to see how long of a video I'd upload... not that anybody watches them ;)

Love the new monthly layout. Am I out of the loop? How did you get to upload a vid longer than 15 min?
