  • I love your book and I have started your diet. I never heard of anything like it. I feel great,so much better. I'm an Atkins veteran but after 5 1/2 months on Induction I slowly started to gain. Gave up briefly but found your book and my whole outlook on life has changed. This is no longer about a few extra pounds. I will do anything to keep feeling so good.
