Going to the Denver show on 11/10 I have never seen them live and really looking forward to this. But I'm going to see Rob zombie at the fillmore this friday which always rocks
for the record, the Oldest of them Robert, is 49, Oz is 48, and Timothy and Michael are 46. I think
gooseaskreply said it well, I never expect to meet a band after a show...My ticket price pays for the show they perform on stage. Anything you might get otherwise is a bonus and should be appreciated, not expected.
C'mon people! They are all 50ish. They gave us a GREAT 2 hour show! They are not young anymore. They were wiped out! I know it sucks that they didn't hang with fans, but they played their hearts out for us. Give them a break!
Wonderful stuff they must have had a good reason not to meet some of the fans after, what kind of a camera are you using it does a great job-Thanks for posting this!
I think that a semi retired aging rock band could have a little class and at least say "hi" to some fans and take a photo with a fan or two. Okay, so Michael did take one photo with the pushiest fan of all.
well.....this is humble opinion bout the popas7's comment....(Im not defendind stryper but).....I've gone to over 60 concerts in my life and I've never never expected the artist come and say hi to me.....I payed...the ticket to "hear" them......not to "touch" them....or get a smile.....plus their human beings just like everybody else....(just talented with the guitar)......with all my respect.....I dont pretend to stablish a "fight"....anyways....keep it up..popas.....(again ...no ofence buddy)
Well, I respect your oppinion...Stryper was for me show number 36 this year and I have about 20 left until the end of year----I do not expect to meet the artists when they play arenas, but I meet them at all other types of shows....
I'm sorry dude but you're a tool if you're gonna bitch about them not sticking around after the show. If you were too cheap to buy a $38 meet and greet pass, then how can you complain? You obviously dug their performance as evidenced by your repeated turning of the camera to yourself sticking your tongue out. Stryper is a very specific band with a very specific performance plan and schedule. If you can't play their game, it's your fault. There were no surprises on this tour.
Thanks! How about people who cannot make it before the show, because of work etc? 10 minutes with the fans before taking the bus to Jersey wouldn't have hurt nobody.....
dude, get over it. I play in a local band with just a small following, and i'm telling you what, the last thing you want to do after playing a 90 minute set is got yuck it up with some random dudes... Thats why they do it before the show, before they are worn out and ready for a rest.... my band is a Christian band, and I am a Christian. There is nothing un-Christian about not meeting fans after a concert.
Wow - learn how to steady a camera! Otherwise thanks for the video. :-)
