Casio Exilim EX-S10 Review

I wanted to use my Exilim Casio for Serif PhotoPlus X4 HDR Photos. Do you know how I could set this model camera to "Auto Bracketing" exposures 2 & o & -2 ?

I'm looking for a slick, slim, and stylish yet simple designed digital camera. Anything over 3 megapixel and 2x zoom should be fine. I don't care about cameras much really but sometimes maybe once or twice a year a may need to take about three or four pictures. Anyone can suggest one that's affordable for me?

I would agree with most of the points made in this video including the problem with the dial (4:00) which I have also encountered. I've filmed most of the races I#ve taken part in using this camera and it is very easy to hold and operate. Unfortunately no mention was made of a serious down side which is that this camera does not come with a cradle which one could use to download files and charge the battery which requires the battery having to be removed charged in a separate unit. That sucks.

ive had this camera for a year and mine works perfect. the bs button works great for shots and stuff but the video is kinda bad and the audio is kinda bad but i dropped it in a pool and it dried out in a couple of days and works fine

the sensitivity of the sensor doesnt really matter rite?

10 mp really means nothing unless u wanna enlarge the pic

This is the best camera I have had - I just bought the SONY DSC H20 and I cant see the difference up to 5x - Even the video is fantastic - what some people forget is say that you are taking video at night then you should also set BestShot to night mode.

So Ive had this camera for about a year and a half and my only complaint is that the audio quality sucks, mainly because the microphone lost it's sensitivity at some point. How do you keep yours so clean?

@Mcphlee I actually kept having issues with the buttons on the back not responding so I sold mine almost a year ago. My best recommendation would be try some compressed air to dislodge anything that might be blocking the microphone.

ive had it for about 6 months now and it was working fine until a couple weeks ago. the first couple pictures when i turn it on turn out overexposed and i have absolutely no idea whats going on. have you had the same problem?

@Demoine214 install KMP is the best video player ,look for it in google....the program is free....it works perfect to me....

i have the same one and i have a problem :( when i record video and take it off the card and put it onto my computer and put it into sony vegas wmv or ulead theres no sound WTF??

I'd suggest checking the audio input volume setting. I'm not quite sure where it is, but i remember there was a setting for that.

it has audio im able to pull it off on ulead video studio now but it doesent show up anywhere else :(

i think something is wrong with my casio exilim ex-s10 because wehn i turn it on the screen in totally black,it'll take pictures but the pictures turn out fully black,when i record all you can hear is the sound but the screen stays black,can you reply to me on what might be wrong with it?

No clue honestly, if it's still under warranty i'd definitely contact Casio. I ended up selling mine because i wasn't happy with it for video.

I'd have to disagree with you on the video quality. If you go to settings, you can set it to 848x480 resolution, which is really high. res and in 16:9 aspect ratio. I've seen videos in here of the camera with the settings I mentioned and they look rather great.
