This is very interesting, not because of how much your lifting but because its giving me the intrest to get back at the weights . . .ive had big injuries and just lost intrest at 46 . . .if i can get my but up i'll post something too i guess. . . the other day i was in our rec gym and a couple young guys and me were seeing how much we could lift off ground overhead(dumbells) i only tried 65lbers but it was pretty easy(1 rep lol) anyways really thank you for posting this, keep it going.

Those lifts would smoke most 25 year olds. great job. Have your spotter spot at the wrists on flat DB chest press, not the elbows. Lifting is the fountain of youth and I BET you'll be stronger at 51!!!
50 is not old and anyone that thinks it is, do not know what they talking about.

'old man' strength, lol. It's not surprising though, you can gain strength well into your 30s and 40s and it starts to decline in the 50s

Actuallyl I'm 52 now... but you ascertion makes me feel good if your not joking...
and you'd be surprised what a little gym time can do,,, a big guy hitting the weights gets big fast
