  • me too i have the same speakers

  • I have the same^^

  • I have a pair of these. They're EXTREMELY loud, and have decent bass, but the quality is just HORRIBLE.

  • @xSephironx mine wasn't even louder than my 0.5inch laptop speakers and sounds really cheap compared to laptop, any ideas?

  • I've been working on an experiment, dubbed " your water on house music". Would you mind sharing what prompted you to do this experiment? I'm dying to know.

  • brilliant

  • it is a nice experiment, but is really annoying that you put that fucking music, when the sines are part of the experiment

  • @danubilo

I guess most people find the Sine noises kind of boring.

  • @djlobb I dont, they're pretty aweshum!

  • I must say, I thank Fedde Le Grand for being on a music label that doesn't completly suck ass and rape your videos audio. Kudos!

  • I got the speaker for 3 bucks on amazon. They lasted a year. Still worth the money, what do I do with it now?

  • you can do what i did when i got my new ones... Burn them? but be careful, i got hit by an exploding capacitor, it was probably only small but when they burn they can still have force when they finally give.

  • those speakers are actually ok for their price.

but mine broke so i decided to take out the drivers.

i had them for like one year liying around and lost one of these, now ive tried blow it up but it didnt work!i pumped it for like 1.5 hors ,@ 8 watts*it was rated for 2wattsrms 3 watts max) with the hardest bass test n yt,but it didnt blow!it got super hot tho.

    its strong as fuck!

use them as room decoration now cuy the look nice LOL

  • uhh, what? surely theres a stereo around your home that's more than 8 watts? I've successfully blown upto 20 watt speakers using my 120Watt Sony home stereo.

  • yeah but i didnt use it cuz it had no protection.now i have a 180w amp that has one

  • @djlobb wow realy .. you must be one of those cool people everyone speak of . lol .

  • Thanks for trying, though I find it ironic that it goes out of focus as you get closer & the lighting's too dark.

    Oh well, maybe next time.

  • This was made b4 I had a HD cam and b4 Youtube had HQ and HD, not to mention if was filmed with a stills camera, so its focus while videoing sucks

  • I stand corrected

Thank you for reminding me to not jump to conclusions

    Therefore 5*

  • its the NEWTECH travel speaker - 35NSW2.. i have one to =) nice

  • LOL me too

  • me too

  • great litle speak. box

  • use colored water next time its easier to see and looks cooler

  • i think you are mistaking pitch with frequencies

  • yeah, thanks 4 the correction, I'd have to re-edit the video and I don't have that project file any longer. Thanks for pointing that out tho.

  • Thought exactly the same thing lol

And I haven't got these speakers, very sad, they look like they can pump some serious bass

  • well, you can get them for 5 bucks NEW on a garbage sale

  • Friend has these..... Nope not at all there shit Just make your own if your good you can make gret ones

  • maybee if they were in a better enclosure, unfortunatly these guys were no better than laptop speakers, actually I lie, they were only JUST louder than my girlfriends Toshiba Harmon Kardon laptop speakers but their clarity sucks at anything higher than half.

  • lol i got the same little amp that u have

  • thEh vagiNa sOng

  • omg it sounds like its saying vagina vsgina

  • wow lol, i didn't pick that out, but I did hear it once I knew what to look for, thanks, i guess.

  • lol im seruis i still dont get it i have thought about this for like 2 weeks are u putting the watter in the actaul speaker or is their like seran wrap

  • in the speaker. no seran rap, the speaker cone is made entirely of plastic.

  • Imagine a world where machines were powered by really cool music

  • hahaha seriously

  • umm, lol what? maybe in the future, who knows.

  • what? -_-

  • dw, it was just some useless experiment. That's why the title say's.. "Experiment (Water + Sound)"

  • i have those speakers 2 they are so crap and cheap i got them 4 like 2 pound

  • haha I had those type of speakers before, but they were really bad.

  • This explains why he puts the water IN to the speaker ^^

  • Be carful, if you get the right frequency the hole thing can go up on you, it will most likely implode with very little damage though because the plasma force is much stronger then the hydrogen and it will implode.

  • Hey... boredom has created some of the most fantastic things we take for granted today.

What frequencies / pitches where you using? Hzt range?

i doubt you were blasting that techno during the experiment.

You should include the original audio with it so we can see Exactly what you do in hopes to replicate it.

yea.. they're great lil speakers huh!!! Got mine at Radio Shack! They don't sell um anymore there though...

    :o/

  • I basically used a fluctuating Sine wave, not sure what Hz it was in, but I pitch bent the note from C7 to C3 and slowly back up, as you can slightly hear in the video. Thnx 4 tha comment,, They're very good considering the price, and they can last days with some standard AAA batteries.

  • I got my for 5 bucks at BigLots plus 49cents for the AAA batteries.

  • cool patterns!

  • Im 10 years old, andon my 9th birthday, my dad brought me those speakersand now ther busted!

  • yea, they arn't the greatest speakers, but I got mine in a showbag, so I think they're fine considering that.

  • cool effect! I doubt they still work, right?

by the way since so many of you own them and i need a pair of speakers do you find those a quality buy? I want them as a cheap/quick outdoor solution

  • they're ok for $10-$20, I mean they can run off 4 AAA Batteries and they last ages on the batteries, I didn't have to change the batteries for 1 week of every 2nd day use.

  • they still worked, i mean the wate didn't get to the circuitry inside, after all, the speaker cone is made of hard plastic instead of paper cone.

  • cool dancing water, you need to put some tiny marbles in it and see how it bounces.

  • lol, yeh, i tried little balls but they bounce out straight away.

  • put a glass barrier or anything hold'em back

  • Hmmm...'They bounce out straight away' eh?

What size and weight were these little balls?

How much energy was used to make the sound frequency?

Could be onto something here...small amount of energy to move large objects...see where i'm going with my thinking here?

    spikey.

  • My friend has the exact same speakers and we put sand on it... that looked pretty cool

  • I got 2 sets of speakers like this, one has been modified (longer line in cord) and the other one is gonna be for a project amp

  • i have those speakers!

  • cool

  • me too

  • hm. you should try with cornstarch and water. i've heard 1part water to 10 parts cornstarch at 60Hz produces some odd effects with the surface is disturbed...

  • YES! FL STUDIO!!!

  • Hellz yea, it's wat I do all my music in, whether it be testing speakers or just making songs, lol

  • ya, I looooveeee fl. I just got the XXL producer edition of 7 and it's amazing.

  • :-D

  • So what did we learn today? An increase in volume means an increase in wave amplitude. An increase in pitch is an increase in wave frequency. Very good, class. But no, I would probably do that if I got bored. Last time I ended up programming my GBA to act as a SNES controller. It's not fast enough to work with all games, though. Oh well. Nice professional presentation, though. Would have been nice with a wrap-up involving some charts of captured data.

  • lol, yeah, I didn't have too much time on my hands, just enough :-)

  • FRUITYLOOPS!

  • i farted in mine....and they didnt work :-(

can you help me? ( )

    ( )( )( )

  • lol, wtf?

  • I love Deroit teckno

  • The water sprinkled the apparatuses?

  • Ummm.. ???

  • lol its no loss, you can get those off ebay for like £1

  • lol, Probably,, they still work fine, they just sound crap compared to my new Creative PlayDock Z500, and yeh, I only got them from a Showbag :-P

  • Do the speakers work now?

  • yup, quite well, even if they broke down, which they wouldn't have as the cone is 100% plastic, they were only very cheap, I got them from a show-bag :-P lol.

  • interesting

  • lol thanks, I thought so at the time too :-P

  • GREAT! - 5 Stars. - Alfred

  • dude, why spoil it with music? alot of people are going to think the music is coming through the speakers...
