  • I know you guys probably won't believe this... But Dudly was my 3rd cousin - R.I.P <3

  • He was amazing!!!!

  • That's not that hard to do, well provided you are ungodly talented, that is. Is there anything Dudley couldn't do? We miss ya, mate.

  • Loooooooooool Awsome x

  • totally genius! thanks for uploading!

  • i am always astounded when people can sing as they are playing the piano. I could only do one at a time. Same for the pipe organists.

  • @hbanana7 That's my problem too! It'd take a lot of practice to do both things at the same time. My mom said I should have been a pianist because I have long fingers but I love to sing and I don't think I could do both at the same timee. :(

  • dudley!!! volve!!!!

  • Dudly was a great man!!

  • A delight!

  • to bad people dont scat anymore....well they do but it means something else entirely these days.....>_>

  • Just a thought... He was the only musical relative of Harpo Marx of Marx Brothers. I mean making funny music "clowning" of the highest musicianship without a drop of cheapness.

  • Do you realize how extremely hard to do what he is doing?! -Faltzetto (sp) singing while simultaniosly playing second voice, with precise articulation, and so effortlessly!

  • @MMM613 well if it was done so effortlessly, then i probably wasn't so hard to do!

  • i liked this clip of him thanks for the clip :D i looooove him i just bought the movies arthur and arthur on the rocks lol i have arthur on vhs it was my moms and she loves him as well so she told me to watch it i was not that excited about it ... but once he came on screen i fell in love so inlove i have to see part two i can't wait but i got both on dvd better :D SOON TO GET HERE HURRY UP !!! FED-X LOL XD

  • Sheer genius!

  • STRICTLY FOR THE BIRDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Brings back good memories. Dudley was first class.

  • This man was so brilliant, virtuoso, and so funny! Great video clip, really enjoyed this! Thank you for posting!

  • Wow what nasty immature comments on this page

! I love Duddly Moore funny listening to him scat! R.I. P. Duddly!

  • I thought they didn't belong here, so I deleted them. Glad you like this clip!

  • quality.

  • lol, I love his little squeak at 0:04..

I mean he could play piano, sing, he was funny, he could act.. what couldn't he do?

  • You see him try to play the violin? That's one thing he could not do.

  • @sublimenija yeah i saw him play the violin, it was pretty amazing

  • @evolegnartsrd Oh ya! That was a "Clark Terry" blues squeak, if I ever heard one!

  • r.i.p. sIR dUDLEY!! yOU ARE MISSED, MY FRIEND!

  • Awesome! :)

  • That wasn't ENOUGH, Dudley!!

In fact, your whole life wasn't enough, Dudley.. [sniff]

  • if we are to believe in past lives...he's lived 200 times, and every and each of them with talent at the fullest...

  • 200 past lives? That's an intriguing remark. Would you care to tell us where you got that from? TIA.

  • To play schubert without even looking to the keyboard, to be an icon of comedy, not to mention many other achievements...I don't know, this number just popped up...

  • Oh, I see. I thought you had some special intelligence... perhaps knowledge of a paranormal or esoteric kind regarding dear Dudley.

But yes, you are right. He was certainly accomplished enough to replace any number of ordinary men. The world became a duller place when his particular light went out.

  • What an interesting fact...

  • Amen to that.

  • dudley, wherever you are, thanks for making this world a better place.

  • nice work dude

  • Richard Hammonds secret older brother!

  • yes it is lol, was just thinking the same

  • IDOLO

  • he will be missed...

  • that guy was a genius -- fantastic...!

  • Look at second 4 he sounds like a whale!

  • dudley is love =D

  • I love him

  • LOOOOL! Fantastic!

  • lol - Cute!

  • Damn...Dudley had chops

  • On 00:04, he reaches a high note! How'd he do that?

  • It was a squeak between a C and B flat... Dead impressive...I wonder if I could sing a third up from what I can play...

  • He actually produced the noise breathing in. I've done that before. It's not too healthy if you do it a lot, but it'll make a squeaky sound on the pitch you are aiming at, if you can figure out how to tune it.

  • Sure wish more of this eppie were uploaded...

  • He was brilliant... :/

  • Marvellous thanks for posting this. Its actually one of Dudleys own compositions called "Strictly for the Birds".

  • nice work dud
