how much difference would it be, between this guitars (Squier VM series tele custom and custom ll) and the MIM fender guitars, for example the standard tele or the new blacktop series.
Good posting,great demo! I think that Squier [ Fender ]...hit a Giant nerve with this one. May be the first Squier that won't need better pups immediatly...I believe the guitar is ment for players who like the Les Paul sound....but love the tele look!...love...poppa

I just bought one of these dressed in blond. I must admit, I,ve been playing guitar now for 42yrs. and this tele has become one of my favorite guitars to play! This ax is about as fast as my mustang(1972 CBS Model) or maybe a little faster! The fit and finish is really cool and the seymore duncan design P/U's sound pretty kick ass! The volume and tone controls and pick-up switch make tone changes a breeze! I'll gig with this guitar anywhere...anytime!
i dont think its terrible but youll need more practice, youre slightly off the rhythm and your playing is too static. you sound like the MIDI file. put your own ideas in the song, for example, a few bends in the solo part and more rhythmic strumming would liven it up. play it like you mean it! coz on this video, you played me to sleep ;P
Besides, capo on the 2nd fret keeps the fret markers on the odds instead of the evens. Not to mention that, in my experience, tuned to E with the capo on the 1st and tuned to Eb with capo on the second tends to sound a bit different. In theory they should be the same note but thats not how my ears hear it.

Tune down a half step and put a capo on the second fret and the whole song will get a lot easier.
