Excellent video of such a stunning piece of engineering. Makes me proud to be Bristolian, it's something I'll miss when I move to Cardiff university this Saturday. Great work!
I first put this vid on YouTube over a year ago and it notched up quite a lot of viewings. Now that YouTube allows higher quality images I made a better version, and changed the soundtrack. I then received an e-mail from WebSheriffYTWatch, telling me I was not allowed to use van Morrison's music.
Do copyright laws allow "fair-use" of a certain length of the song in UK? It think that's the law in Australia.. like with a book, you can copy up to a certain percent without copyright infringemeent.
What a shame, but I guess some hard-working song-writer worked very hard to produce their music and earn their money.
YouTube generally follows U.S. copyright laws, which are very vague at times.
Major League Baseball, for example, has been known to take down **amateur videos** of baseball games at MLB ballparks. I understand that something ripped from the TV could be taken down, but I don't think someone can claim copyright because the video was an amateur film filmed on private property.
Wow you drive so smoothly!
