If this is the extent of the Predator's heavy infantry I don't think they would stand much of a chance. I mean hunched over four armed humanoids with a giant rocket launcher on their back is not going to have much maneuverability.

Coincidently, the Predators movie comic, Predators: Preserve the Game, features a four-armed Predator, only it's a giant mutant without horns or the back cannon.

The legs, arms and head are all movable. Just like all the other Kenner products.
