DOI is new in the 6th Edition. if there is a DOI, no need for a long URL. I like that change, but not all webpages have a DOI. The 5th edtion had a section on electronic references section, just like 6th edition. Another change is no blue URL and no underline and no date needed for "retrieved from".
Does it has oganization refference ? I can't find.

3rd person (NOT). You should always use 1st person when referring to yourself in order to avoid confusion.

@soulkens, that is right. No "I believe" or "I think" in the papers. This gets much more easy by the time you are a grad student.
