  • No mom, I'm not crying...I just have something in my eye

  • If you guys just think about it a little more then you will see that there is a lot to learn from kid movies :)

  • Cont: Besides this movie ultimately reminds us that everything has a natural purpose and that life goes on ex animals have sex, they give birth, and die.

  • the movie is very touching but there are somethings that I think we try to deny ourselves into thinking about it on a deeper level.

    1. We deny the fact that Bambi's dad is stepping down which means he is leaving for good.

    2. If he was not stepping down why was he leave the picture in the end because as far as we know it, Bambi is already the new prince of the forest. The prince of the forest is only one position not 2 therefore it is logical to assume that BAMBI's dad is LEAVING 4 GOOD.

  • The Lion King actually resembles Bambi because Bambi came out in 1942 while The Lion King came out in 1994.

  • who are the two at the end bambi and who else

  • @messycumshot

    It's Bambi and his father.

  • i feel like im missing a chinck of wats happening here lolz

    having never actually seen this

  • @StaticSOULdier The two babies are Bambi and Falines. If you're confused about the second deer next to Bambi on the rock, that is his father, The Great Prince of the forest. Him walking away was showing that he was stepping down and letting Bambi take over as Prince. You should watch the full movie! It's amazing!

  • reminds me of lion king kinda

  • im crying like a boss

  • I watched this with my father while he was dying from ALS. Christ I'm crying as I write this.

  • @dgk2m9 my condolnenses. (if that's how you spell it)

  • they should make a bambi 3 of bambi's children and bambi and faline and all the other animals.

  • im balling start too finish

  • I can't even imagine how magnificient the orchestra and chorus would sound had they been recorded in today's technology. Ok, there's a risk it would sound sterile.

  • Bambi standing there looking all proud gets me more teary than his mother dying!

  • ive never seen this movie. i was around during all the amazing 90's movies but i dont remember seeing this one. heard of it, never seen it though

  • @itzpacmanx9 You've never seen Bambi?! Wow. It's one of the greats. It's an atmospheric movie: less dialogue, more to look at. Kind of like Fantasia, except it's just one story. Check it out sometime.

  • Bambi was my least favourite Disney as a child, but it still have the power to give me the chills. RIP Walt Disney, you are greatly missed.

  • Are Bambi and Thumper foster brothers or cousins ?

  • @Solomon0424 huh? Bambi is a deer and Thumper is a rabbit. So niether. lol

  • Bambi's mom would've been proud.

  • Bambi is one of the least commercial and deep emotional movies I have ever seen. Nowadays all disney movies are run by greedy corporate highwaymen so they're all about making money and commercialism

  • @Japanesebanzai52 Thats how Disney was back when Walt was running things. =(

  • You'd never think the Disney that made this is the same Disney as today! The old Disney was beautiful, making beautiful movies, modern Disney is nothing compared to it!

  • This part gets me all choked up, when he stands there looking just like his dad did.

  • I HATE the part when Bambi's dad leaves, I don't know why, but it just makes me so sad :(

  • @funfunfunny1234 His father isnt really leaving. I think it was more of symbolize for him stepping down and Bambi taking over as the new Prince of the Forest.

  • Bambi's father is a debeat

  • @charlottevictorias i just looked at IMDBdotcom and it said 1942, my mistake. bambi 2 came out in 2006. DAMN so it was actaully 64 years later!

  • @charlottevictorias i remember when this movie was in theaters. it was back in the 80's

  • its kind of strange that they make a second movie 20 some years LATER

  • Me missus made me watch this last night so 2 piss her off write @ the end i let rip with an absolutly massive stinkin fart id been holdin for 20 mins LOL! she we're well pissed off n I laffed meself stupid for an hour. LOL!

  • @MrThreshold2009 That's not exactly something you want to proclaim on the Internet. People who take this movie to heart (and that's a shitload of people) will probably want to beat you just for saying that.

  • I wish that disney become what it was before :(

  • Go Bambi screw hunters!! No affence

  • Never seen the movie before. Heard of it, but never scene a SINGLE scene.

  • Oh i love that classic movies, done frame by frame, great music(instead of the modern pop crap). Come on disney, make another one.

  • Love the angelical music they played during that time.

  • Pure art.

  • This touches my heart because it always reminds me how I enjoyed the fun as a child and my parents were there for me. Years later, lots things will change, and it will be my time to take care of my own child (and my parents may not be with me anymore). Oh, how I hate changes! But that is life....

  • my little lover

  • bambis mum would have been proud!!!!

  • why is bambi not wit the kids.. do the males have to go away or something?

  • @WweMariaa Well, Bambi is the Prince of the Forest, like his father was in the beginning... and plus, the males don't raise the fawns.

  • I'm crying....lol I wish Disney still made these types of movies. They're amazing. <3

  • If I had just gone through the strains of giving birth, I wouldn't want a bunch of irritating woiodland creatures staring at me...

  • @6684lillian

LOL (For some weird reason scientist believe animals don't have painful labour but I'm not all that sure of that... :/ I watched some videos of dog birth though an they came out like... poo LOL) But still, same here, I mean woodland critters??? Staring at you!?!? LOL

  • While it's not my favourite Disney film, I think "Bambi" is the best made one they ever made.

  • Chuck Norris cried at the ending.

  • why didi I cry for no reason at the ending?

  • Always cry at the scene when Bambi steps up as the next prince D':

  • I always wondered if Bambi's dad died at the end, kinda like in the book he goes off to die alone

  • @KingxofxRedxLions I think so. There's definitely a sense of the forest being passed on to Bambi

  • @thewritestuff09 I feel 4 u.I'm 12 & my younger sister laughs at me 4 watching this.

  • Damn U Disney Channel.This is what u replaced.Bring this back.

  • Damn u Disney Channel.I hope your happy u got rid of this. This is real Disney.

  • DISNEY has been ruined with all this high school musical, it will never compare to the beauty from the classics, certainly "we're all in this together" will never give me chills like this!

  • the disney movies has toutch my heart is Snow White, Bambi, Lion King and Beauty and the Beast

  • I always cry at the end! ARGH!

  • I like how they make the father leave. It looks like it symbolizes him stepping down and bamako rising as ruler.

  • brings me to tears!! so beautiful!!

  • Love is a song that never ends... <3

  • gives me the chills but very good

  • Disney is so fucked nowadays. Brign this stuff back.

  • randle the owl says 'Fu*k now' when he is called by thumper and his little ones

  • @eselle92

    He says "what now" xD

  • Has anybody else noticed the subtle similarities between this movie and TLK?

  • some people dont understand how magnificent this film is. im 10 years old and i still love this film, some of my friends think its for five year old kids only

  • This is such a powerful scene.

  • For those of you who bought the new "Diamond Edition" Blu-Ray/DVD release since it came out today, the special restoration ending credits is gone, but it was replaced by a cut-short 2006 Walt Disney Pictures logo after the end title appears.

  • Lol! Flower called his young skunk Bambi!

  • It's really sad that Disney doesn't make movies like these anymore.

  • @squrilleyboy Couldn't agree more.

  • @squrilleyboy everyone hates what hates what disney makes now.

  • @squrilleyboy Well no, this was Walt's work, and then his brother took over. Now that Roy E. Disney has passed away, i wonder what will become of our cherished movie making company; Walt Disney Pictures.

  • @squrilleyboy How about THe princess and the frog it´s great!!!

  • @megan88 Can't argue with you there! Princess and the frog was really good! Really reminds you of the masterpieces Disney used to produce. Too bad they didn't keep up after that and make more like it.

  • @squrilleyboy like tangled- Rapunzel so not there best work but the little kids may like it.

But about The P and F I start cry when they hold the funeral for Ray I crack on the trumpetsolo.

  • 1:53 "let's go make out"

    "excuse me?"

    "Nothing,nothing"

  • 1:47-2:36 gives me the chills. It's so sad what Disney has become nowadays...

  • @lovehamsters14 Disney became what nowadays children became... sad even though

  • @lovehamsters14 - Don't be so ignorant, It's not a gay couple... If you weren't so quick to judge you would know that its Bambi and his Dad. Get you're facts "straight" next time

  • The great prince got to see his grandkids!

  • and yes i agree with the vid description. so touching...

  • this made me cry >.< bambi is such a brilliant film.

  • @elliexx242 What's not to cry about this film? This, in my opinion, was one of Disney's finest (and most brilliant) achievements.

  • @GeebMachine yeah, i think so too. completely beautiful, and it was made in 1942! shows that we don't need all the new 'amazing' technology to make a wonderful film.
