@CodyMucino For all these people saying 4.8 isn't fast I ran a 4.6 my senior year in high school and ran a 10.8 100 meter. One of my teammates ran a 4.33 at college and ran a 10.3 100 meter. There is no way in hell a 13 year old kid could run a 4.5 40 its not possible. 4.8 is about as fast as I'd believe because they take short steps so most of the explosion is from the lower center of gravity and quickness not actual speed. Wait till this kid hits about 16-17 and he breaks the 4.4's then its on
