i have a 29 gal up and running with a large oranda in it. his name is monroe II. he is under my videos. sadly he was a $28 petsmart fish but i think he can win me something at this upcoming show in chicago. now if i can transport him there without stressing the poor guy...
wow they are so BIG ! and theirs wens too , i just bought a red one oranda in petsmart for 28 dlls , he is already big but is better to see them grow like yours , you think hikari pellets for orandas are better than pro-gold pelets ?
@jenruchito76 I've ordered the Oranda Hikari from Petsmart, but didn't realize it floated. I returned it and bought the Pro-Gold instead, so I can't speak on it. The Pro-Gold breaks apart very easily and is more digestible. It has been fun watching them grow. When we first got them, they where about the same size and have grown alot since. We originally purchased them from Petsmart for $6.99 each. I like your Wakins video, do you still have them?

@jenruchito76 I'm sorry to hear for your loss. I know how hard it can be to loose fish, you become attached to them, I consider all our fish to be "water puppies." lol
@Brian100487 exactly , water puppies hahaha they act like true puppies mainly orandas and ranchus for his faces like puppies so i hope your orandas keep it healthy , i have 2 orandas in a 20 gallons tank i will take a video in the coming days
