yea right. i have a sixer, and do nothing but bench, squats, cleans, dips, deadlifts, rows, shoulder presses, and chins. they are simply not needed, for the average guy to get a ripped stomach.
It wasnt an individual winner but our unit as a whole. and we did win in the Physical FItness competition lol. XD first place and still undefeated to this day.

those are marine corp push ups that you're talking about, or at least that what we consider them. And in our program its a different regulation for sit-ups. i mean this is a high school competition not the actual military.
huh the way i learned it is almost exactly the same only difference is i put my arms around my chest like they r doing but yea don't go up all the way and don't fall down all the way
this competition isn't about how fast you can do just LONG you can last, a little something you call ENDURANCE. We're not trying to kill ourselves doing 110 in 120. That's just nutts.
I can do 66 real sit ups in a minute
