Well, that's not going to happen if the government is stealing everyone's money through taxation and inflation (inflating the money supply through creation of artificial money through the Federal Reserve--an indirect tax). The money is all going to the wars. So how can there be new energy investment? Normally those investment funds come from savings. People can't save with high taxes. So only the government supplies the funds. It's socialism. They are the only game in town, thx to fed.
