What's incredible to see, from the response of the audience, is that they don't know what just hit them. You can clearly hear the audience laugh with a sense of nervousness and uncertaintiy. It's as if Elvis just came off a time capsule from the year 1990 and introduce them to a musical performance unseen and unheard from anything that existed in the mid 1950's. It's like in the movie "back to the future" were Michael J Fox plays a heavy metal riff on guitar in a 1950's prom dance.
