People still do it, but they wont make any money off it. I understand people that grow for a hobby will still do it, but not much besides that, they market for homegrown bud wont be as big cuz private prices are higher, for a more than likely lesser quality product.

weed makes a very distinct odor when its growing and if its good bud, its very very strong. People would complain if you live a apartment or around alot of people.
