Huge Yankee Candles Haul Fall/Winter Holiday Scents

I always suggest to people that if you have a weak scented candle and you have larger rooms in your house, to break up the candles or take chunks off the top, and put them into an average oil burner and melt them like you do the wax tarts, seriously i do this with every scented candle i own votives tarts tumblers, and i will NEVER go back to using the wick, because it burns the scent away before it throws it into the air, even weak scents smell so strong when lit ina burner with tea light below.

I used to love Yankee but ever since this past year I've had mostly duds. Like you state in the video, there is hardly any throw with the jars anymore. SO many people were complaining of the same problem. Now I'm just either using up or selling off what I bought from the last summer semi-annual sale because they're not worth it anymore. Not for $27.99 a jar or even a sale price. They lost my loyalty (about 15 years of loyalty) when the quality went down. I've found other better brands since.

I know what you mean about the Yankee jars, have you tried breaking the wax up and putting into oil burners like the wax tarts, i promise you, the scents are so strong this way, and you don't even have to watch them because the wax just stays there and you top it up every now and then, maybe you already done this and still find them weak, but read my comment above and try it, i will never use a wick on any candle, it BURNS scent.

@MsNC815 Only a few times a year. Be on the look out for coupons/sales. When you go to Yankee's they will give you a paper to go onto their website & register to get coupons & upcoming sales. At that time you will receive a $10.00 off a $25.00 purchase. ;)

Jack Frost is back!!!!! Darn it, now I need to go back to Yankee. I'm excited about that. And that twisted candle is Harvest (winner) and Fall Harvest? What's Fall Harvest? Is that a scent just for that candle? The scent throw is good in that medium candle? I've never liked those mixed candles they do, but it sounds like you love it so I'll have to check it out. Thanks!

@Scentmyway OMG I love the Harvest Festival I have never smelled Fall Harvest so I don't know about that one, but whatever it is smells awesome with Harvest. I have been burning this candle everyday. It has a great scent thrown for a medium jar for sure. Give it a sniff while in Yankee if you love Harvest I can't see you not liking this scent. YES JACK FROST IS BACK! Love it ;)
