All these shows are in the same genre, so obviously they would have similar ideas and storylines, that's hardly new. But the difference with USA shows is that they are also funny and light-hearted whereas Alias was big on the drama. So no, it's not a knock-off, the spirit of the show is clearly different.

@lanedrew164 Chuck is going to get renewed. It does better than the NBC Thursday line-up with better M 18-24 and M 18-49 Male demos with zero promotion. NBC is just asking for people not to watch them if they renew shows with lower ratings and demos than Chuck on easier timeslots (Parenthood, Community, Parks and Rec, Law & Order).
