im not a hater until 2 weeks ago i loved alienware, because they acted like they would help me only to turn there back on me as a customer who was willing to spend this kind of money. because i need a computer for school i have been forced to replace my brick of an m15x to buy a sager which is twice as powerful. I wish i would have gone with sager in the first place. If i had my poor parents wouldnt have had to help me buy another machine because this hardware is crap. shiny crap but crap
