  • are u on a bulk ?

  • @rockonhockey Currently yes. I plan to bulk until I hit 220lbs.

  • 70 grams of protein i one meal? Maybe one scoop is more appropriated.

  • @ADTT71 Absolutely 70g. There is nothing wrong with that type of intake.

  • @ADTT71 i get 66g of protein for breakfast and i'm 150lbs 5'7"

    ; )

  • Dude, no offense but that is alot of sugar for breakfast... Might aswell have a chocolate bar...

    Macros are retarded

  • @VERPLAK85 None taken, as I disagree with you. I've got a bit of sugar in the brown sugar, a bit more in the chocolate milk, and some natural fruit sugar in the OJ. To say that the macros are 'retarded' is ridiculous. In response to that, your statement is unqualified without reasonable backing. If you care to elaborate on 'retarded,' feel free....otherwise you just come off as immature. I'll be on the lookout for your response.

  • @GSTAuthor From what i heard a name "melina" sounds like a woman. Most likey to maintain or lose weight, and not so much bulking. When you calculate this "good breakfast "of yours it's roughly calculates at the following: 700kcal ,13, fat, 120 cho, 25g pro, 60g of SUGAR... quite alot of calories for 1 meal unless you like doing IF, however depending on the person 60g could cause a sudden crash just like caffiene.

  • @VERPLAK85 Arlina knows that she can alter her personal portions, and your macro calculations are off too. She would most likely be consuming around 1/3 of my portions. I am not working with her personally on her nutrition plan, but I have transformed her husband so I know she understand the concepts at play. Your initial comment was immature, your macro calcs are off, and when I'm eating close to 5000 calories per day, this is not what I consider a big meal. You're on a witch hunt sir.

  • @GSTAuthor Well if you're trying to cater for the general public which is around 2000kal on average. I would say it's best to work around those fiqures. It was a very rough estimate. I would personally say a less processed breakfast fat would be better. Whole eggs with acctual fruit. not fruit juice that has been stripped off it's fibre. Maybe initial comment was immature, but that's part of you to learn how to take critisim.

  • @VERPLAK85 I have no problem with constructive criticism, but when someone comes in with a disrecpetful/immature comment like 'macros are retarded,' I'm not going to be taking them seriously.....get it? Whole eggs with actual fruit will force a fat content that is higher than I'd like if I'm going to get adequate protein from those eggs. I've been eating with reason, making MAJOR changes to my physique for over a decade now, I'm aware of what I need and I'll keep eating what works.

  • @VERPLAK85 LOL@ "Macros are retarded". Yes, Protein, Carbs and Fat lack substantial mental mental ability... notsureifsrs

  • @cerealkilla4eva I think VERPLAK was serious. Based on his previous sentence, I think that's a safe assumption.

  • Also a banana!! :)

  • Great info man, I usually mix .5 cup milk 4 oz egg whites 1 cup oats 2 scoops ON whey yogurt and some spinach blend it up and drink it!! About 1000 Cals worth

  • @lambo5277 Just remember, egg whites need to be cooked in order for some of the important nutrients in them to be bioavailable. I don't advise eating raw eggs, just something to consider.

  • @GSTAuthor Unless they are liquid egg whites and pasteurized.

  • @Dupont2508 True dat.

  • Wait so u don't mix it all? Consume everything separately?

  • @summerland2580 I eat the oat/brown sugar/nut bowl as one dish. Then I drink the glass of orange juice with my multivitamin. Then I consume my milk/whey shake to finish. Mixing all of those ingredients together would be nasty with the orange juice!

  • Ryan, this might be a silly question but do you cook those oats?

  • @porkchop518 Probably adds 1 1/3 cup of water (looks about a cup or so of oats) and microwaves it. Add more water if you want it more of a "soupy" consistency.

  • @porkchop518 No, I do not cook them. I add hot water from the tap, stir, and eat. It saves me a good 5-10 minutes every single day.

  • Great video. Would using pistachio nuts be ok to use. I'm addicted to these at the moment.

  • @bertFX Pistachio would be perfectly fine. They are a fat source and you'll use the amount of them you need to fit your daily fat needs.
