If anyone believes that this bureaucratic monstrosity is "Constitutional", I suggest they go back and research the words written by James Madison about the REAL intent and meaning of the "general welfare" phrase in the Constitution, and the dangers of creating what is, in effect, a nanny-state. The health care law doesn't need to be repealed-it needs to be amended. Everything that was cut out of it-such as, the end of life provisions, that were taken out because of the LIES republicans and their minions were spreading NEED TO BE PUT BACK IN THE BILL.

healthcare is a right. If you want it pay for it. The federal government does NOT

have the right to force people to buy healthcare and/or penalize you if you don't.

Were it constitutional, then they can tell you what you must eat, where to live,

@dprushing13 The constitution says " The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States" I think "provide for the general" sums it up. That's why it's vague-they can say anything is for "the general welfare".
