  • Vote against this back stabbing RINO!

  • If anyone believes that this bureaucratic monstrosity is "Constitutional", I suggest they go back and research the words written by James Madison about the REAL intent and meaning of the "general welfare" phrase in the Constitution, and the dangers of creating what is, in effect, a nanny-state. The simple fact is that ILLIBERAL statist "liberals" are psychologically incapable of understanding that the continual growth of new government bureaucracies ERODES our individual liberties, bit by bit.

  • answer me this lisa, what the hell part of get out of my wallet, get off my back and get the hell out the way..... don't you understand

  • when will you and that imposter in the white house going to get out of my country, if people as yourself are for big government and against the consitution, all of you should move back to kenya, and take pelosi and reid with you

  • She voted for Obamacare, now trying to save her job, shes flip flopping on it.

    Do not re-elect this person

  • The health care law doesn't need to be repealed-it needs to be amended. Everything that was cut out of it-such as, the end of life provisions, that were taken out because of the LIES republicans and their minions were spreading NEED TO BE PUT BACK IN THE BILL.

  • @smartypants031383 You along with your liberal allies have a mental illness.

The US Constitution does not give the government the authority to impose such

a mandatory bill upon Americans. It is unconstitutional you stupid jerk. Get your

head out of places where the sun does not shine.

  • @dprushing13 Unconstitutional? Really? I think you're just regurgitating what you've been fed by the media but hey, why don't you prove me wrong then and please explain exactly which parts of the constitution deem the healthcare bill unconstitiutional.

In reality, the constitution is quite vague-there isn't very much that could be "unconstitutional....

  • @smartypants031383 There is nothing in the US Constitution that says that

healthcare is a right. If you want it pay for it. The federal government does NOT

have the right to force people to buy healthcare and/or penalize you if you don't.

Were it constitutional, then they can tell you what you must eat, where to live,

whom you must marry, where to work, how many children you can have. Wake up jerk and don't be a lemming. Be responsible for your own choices and not

    depend on govt.

  • @dprushing13 Your frontal lobe must be disconnected. No, the constitution doesn't say healthcare is a right, because our RIGHTS are not outlined in the constitution.

It also doesn't say anything about medicare or social security-mandated taxes-which, according to you, would be unconstitutional. I see your profile says you are 62...would you give up your medicare and social security?

  • @dprushing13 The constitution says " The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States" I think "provide for the general" sums it up. That's why it's vague-they can say anything is for "the general welfare".

  • @smartypants031383 How come Barry does not put a stop to the invasion coming from Mexico into our country by illegals and otms... he wants their vote. Welfare does not mean paying for someone sitting on their butts and demanding that the people pay for their freeloading and leeching off the income of those honest citizens trying to make a living. Congress is stealing from the people by

forcing them to pay for such leeches and welfare bums. Unfunded mandates by

    congres is legalized theft.

  • @dprushing13 WOW-you are a f#$*ing moron! Please proceed to get a dictionary and look up "welfare". THAT word is right in the constitution, and they are not speaking of the kind of welfare that you are-it does have more than one meaning- in dummy terms, it means for the "common good of all". If you can't understand the meaning of a simple term, how can you believe you have the right to call the healthcare bill unconstitutional?!

  • @smartypants031383 I am wasting my time to educate you on your folly of your

support of the healthcare bill that was passed against the wishes of the majority of the American people. You are a fulltime supporter of Barry and the democRATS in seeking to destroy this country, the Constitution and our freedoms we currently enjoy. It is very clear that you want to help transform this

country into another Zimbabwe with BHO as its king. You use the constitution

to further your evil actions. Bye

  • @dprushing13 The only folly here is that you assume because you do not support the president at all, that my support of healthcare must indicate that I support everything the president does. Not true, I prefer to use my critical thinking skills rather than follow a party around like a lost puppy.

  • @dprushing13 Another indication of your ignorance is the belief that anyone who disagrees with you wants to see the country in ruins. If you had any hint of intelligence, you would realize that the best solutions come from people with different views that have WORKED TOGETHER. Yet, you support what the republican party is doing; crossing their arms, stomping their feet, refusing to compromise-they are throwing the equivalent of a political temper tantrum.

  • @dprushing13 I use the constitution to "further my evil actions"?! Actually, you brought up the constitution to further YOUR actions and I merely pointed out how I thought you were wrong. Rather than counter my argument with any sort of meaningful discussion, probably because you are incapable of rational thought, you resort to one of those "political temper tantrums".

  • @dprushing13 Yes, you are wasting your time trying to "educate" me because this is supposed to be a discussion-not one person forcing their beliefs upon others. You would be much more persuasive if you were actually able to quote from the constitution and analyze it to support your theory that the healthcare bill is unconstitutional. You cannot, because your theory is based on nothing more than what you been told by others.

  • @dprushing13 You know what the best part for me is? You act like you represent everything that every republican believes and yet, the republican party is embarrassed by people like you-YOU and others like you make them look bad. So keep believing you are part of some elite party that "knows the truth"-the real truth is, no one wants a moron like you spouting off their ignorance and destroying the credibility of their party.

  • @dprushing13 YOU and people like you are the problem with this country. You're the reason that any speech given, any magazine, or t.v. show is dumbed down to at least a 9th grade level.

You think you're informed-well, in YOUR reality you might be. The truth is, you're just the kind of American the government and media LOVES-when they dangle the propaganda in front of you, you'll bite-and you're too stupid to realize it.

  • Lisa Murkowski took $400k from the oil companies in gifts. People... Have sense and not vote for republicans like this woman. You'll only bring us closer to our extinction by electing these kind of people. Also, republicans don't care about the environment. All they care about is money, war, oil, and the rich.

  • @ldksparda Vote for democRATS and you will always have higher taxes, more

entitlements, more estate and death taxes levied and more control by the

feds to tell you what to do and where to live and what vehicles to drive and cradle

to grave healthcare which is unconstitutional. To be a liberal is mental illness.

  • @dprushing13 Higher taxes for the rich. Take away from them like they have taken from the middle and poor people.

  • @ldksparda Lets start with Soros, Albert Gore, Obama, Hillary & Bill Clinton, Nancy

Pelosi and the other democRATS that have gotten rich off the backs of the people

they were supposed to represent...LOL The democRATS are good at spending

the peoples' money to put into unconstitutional entitlements, yet they won't spend

a dime of their own money to put where their mouth is - a bunch of hypocrites and

you are among that selfish group that rob from the poor.

  • @dprushing13 Yeah, you keep supporting the party of NO since they screwed themselves this time for the job benefit bill they killed last week. November is gonna be awesome to see not even a handful of them to win.

  • @ldksparda You and your mental midgets voted for the loser (Obama) in 08 and this is what we get. Go ahead and support such losers and you will get rewarded

when they get their sorry butts kicked out in November and afterwards.

  • @dprushing13 dream on!!!

  • @ldksparda It isn't just the republicans...the public has been fed an American fairytale. One side is "good" and the other is "evil"-since when is reality ever that black and white?

The sensible thing to do is to pay attention, be informed, and make your own decisions-no matter what "side" they fall on.

  • Repeal. You have no Congressional authority to do much with HC.

  • @tolynette More authority than you will ever have. You along with your bedwetting

commie libs would like to see this nation become a third world country. You and your kind need to go and live in Iran where you belong.

  • @dprushing13 I am a red-blooded American, a Christian, and a strict, constitutional conservative. It's people like you with the type of language you use that give us a bad name. For shame!

  • @tolynette A constitutional conservative would never support Obamacare. If you

support him in what he is doing to this country then you are a hypocrite. Tell me

if you support him and I stand by my words. If you do not support him then you

have my apology and be more plain and simple in your words so people can

understand where you are coming from.

  • @dprushing13 I do NOT support Obamacare, nor anything Obama is doing. I said REPEAL and that means just that - not replace, or fix the bill a little or anything else.

Repeal. Congress (you, refering to Lisa above, who thankfully didn't vote for it) did not have Constitutional authority to do what they did with HC. How much more simple can what I said be? Breathe!

  • @dprushing13 Once again, you reveal what an idiot you are. Tolynette's view was clear if you have the ability to comprehend what you read.
