That is the look I like too. I want to make a product that looks like aircraft hydraulic lines but doesn't cost like aircraft lines. Plan is have fittings machined, source tubing in bulk and assemble the lines with smaller ferrules in a neater manner.
You should consider using the braided AN hose instead of the "sleeve it your self" steel braid. I've attempted to use the DIY stainless sleeving numerous times and is never come out perfect for me
That is the plan. These are simple models made from available material. High pressure braided lines are not really the right stuff. But typical FDA bonded braid tubing and water supply line type tubing are pretty close to what I want for the final product. Thanks for the comment.

Later on when I listened better, I heard that this is a 1/2" hose.
By the looks I thought it was a smaller hose.
Some people would call this a kick ass product.
I'm just thinking why nobody else didn' t came up with this brilliant product.
