honey you look amazing to be 195 in this video. I am trying not to cheat only on day 5 and was making my sons lunch yesterday and had a cookie. and when I weighted this morn I only lost .5, but have lost 4.5 so far. Pray for me. lol

You look really good. I have seen on some hcg chat lines . Some women are experiencing hair loss while being on hcg.

Have you had any hair loss while being on hcg.

No hair loss although some other rounds last year I felt my hair was thinning but I think it was bc I was overprocessing my hair last year and that caused breakage. I was just being paranoid. lol.

I am on my second round of hcg and my hair has been growing like crazy. I was experiencing hair loss before I started the hcg but while on it my hair has gotten fuller and I had a lot of thinning in the crown of my head, but taking the hcg has cured my hair loss problem. I think everyone is different. If you experienced hair loss during pregnacy or anything else I read that you will experience the same thing while on the hcg.

Confession is good for the soul. Hey whats homies digits .. j/k. You look good. I am short and if anyone knew my real weight .. they would say no way (I have told people and they dont believe it.) I think it is because some people hold their hourglass even when they are heavy but you are looking good, Diane.

Thank you for talking about your cheat. After 38 days on R1P2, and not being tempted to cheat in the least, I went to P3 and gained 10 of my 30 lbs back. I was only on P3 for 8 days, and am now back on the HCG and the VLCD. And I am so tempted to cheat, and the cravings are ridiculous, nothing like the first go around.

So it helps to know that I'm human and others struggle with it, same as I am.

Good luck on the homeopathic spray, I'll be interested to see your experience with it! :)

I didn't cheat on P3. I ate what I thought were all the right foods, but I went out of town the first day of P3, and wasn't monitoring my weight like I should have been (old, unreliable scale where I was staying). When I got home, I was up 10 lbs, and that put me in the mindset where I was more tempted to cheat. Now I'm back on P2 and moving forward, but my head is definitely rocked from it. I'm hoping as I get ahead in my numbers again, the mental aspect will fall into place again too. :)

I also think my weight gain on P3 was from eating out too much while I was out of town. You never know what is added to your food when you aren't cooking it yourself. I had Taco Bell, and just ate the insides of the Gorditas I ordered, but the meat there may be cooked with sugar. Same with the roast beef sandwiches I ordered from Arby's, I left off the bun and only ate the meat and cheese, but you never know what the meat is cooked in, or if the cheese is imitation cheese with carb fillers.

From all I've read about homeopathic, it concerns nothing but water. BUT as long as you stay in ketosis, you won't have any hunger, which is why on ATKINS Diet you aren't hungry. But on Atkins I lost bra size, not belly fat like I"ve done on the HCG injections.

There's something about this spray. I will be able to tell in another week from my body shrinking. My breasts are full and my tummy is shrinking even more. I know that means I'm dealing with the abnormal fat and not the essential. Based on homeopathic there's an energetic pattern in every thing. Basically they've found what the energetic pattern is to RX hCG and I guess the energetic pattern is identical with this spray. Plus it's the only Koshe hCG out there right now. Whatever. I'm open.

Sometimes our body craves a certain thing because we actually do need it. I know when I crave meat, I don't necessarily need a fatty burger. I need protein and so I eat something with protein, like a very lean steak or chicken or something like that.

I see. Well I seem to be fine now. In the past from last year I cheated so many times never adhered to the protocol 100% but whenever I did I would ALWAYS crave the next day but this time I did not.
