Got the same exact car except mine's an ZJ LX ;)

Mine does 0 to 100 in about 4 seconds, it didn't at first, but now i got the best pirelli tires available for this car and now it's just blazing fast :D

And replacing the stock air intake helps a lil bit too ;)

Maybe i'll supercharge or stroke mine soon, but not because it doesn't have enough power now ;) (i just want more :P) these cars totally rule!! :D

No its a gasoline engine, and it tops out at 4k rpm, and the engine isnt built for high rpm's its built for low end torque. Meaning low RPM torque. My 5.9 shift points are 4300-4500rpm also until the last gear which holds until 5k rpm like his.

@1ownjoo2 odd. My '00 Durango R/T with the 5.9 and 91 octane pcm (factory) redlines at 5500rpm, from 5000-5500 it's yellow. Stock is 250hp @4200rpm, 350tq at 3200rpm. I threw on a 52mm TB, magnaflow exhaust, FIPK and SCT tuner. It's quite the beast; even considering it's a good 400lb more than the JGC. Gotta love that engine!

Well the Jeep shift points are diff, every 5.9 Jeep i see the shift points are 4500

Mine shifts each gear at 4500 rpm, im surpised actually his went to 5k on 3rd gear. Not sure why his is different

To some of the people on here this isnt in MPH lol he went 100mph in around 15-16 seconds not 100mph in 6

There is no way this car can go 220mph

The seedometer is is KMH not in MPH. It´s not an american ZJ, for sure. I have a ZJ in Brazil and the speedometer is also in Kilometers per hour.

@Thilindel duh the 4.7 is faster, but the I6 4.0 beast will run strong and last forever. Pretty much bulletproof, and has a good amount of torque. Not a bad engine.

Either they typed 4.0 (but really meaning 4.7L HO / Overland) or they did mean the 4.0L, which longevity was not an issue in Shat's nor my reply. I said "mere" regarding the 4.0L's power. It's truly an overall reliable engine vs. the others in GC's lineup. No argument there! @BAMF69ification that's all the 4.0L is, is a good runner. On the dyno it only puts down 126hp to the rear wheels.

I have 2 5.9 Jeeps. One is white and the other in Deep Slate with a custom paintjob.

I have been waiting very patiently for my 408 build to be complete for the black one. In another few weeks it should be done...hopefully. It cost enough money that's for sure. I am anxious to film how quickly this beast will accelerate.
