  • I just started this technqiue and now my normal pace of 2:00/100m (usually about 400-1500m distances) is now a relaxed 145-150...Wow, what a difference!

  • so can you apply this method in sprinting? because i see no way to incorporate this into going short fast distances without screwing up the form because you would just end up kicking very fast and pulling as hard as you can...

  • In 4 months of TI training i went from a two year plateu of 20:00min 800m to sub 16 min. FANTASTIC method. Now I'm closing in on sub 15. Thank you so so so much terry. Swimming prophet.
