Guys English is very plain language. It has only one level of politeness and is considered very primitively simple from the group of very developed countries using languages, english was the simplest one. That is why it is the international language. English is a plain language? I guess you have heard of regional dialects, which is different from country to country, while no one outside of Russia speaks Russian who isn't Russian, former communists or diplomats. Heck, Latvia is trying to ban Russian, which goes to show how "popular" Russian is. And it took a law to get Russians to speak Russian to non-Russians in an official capacity.
