  • One of my alltime most hated songs from back then .. So doughey..

  • THINK. These musicians were from so long ago. Do you know that they were "taxed" by their record sales to SUPPORT the "classical" musicians . So at a time of music on TV, many groups mimed. That was for TV time ONLY. These MANY musicians in POP music gave us many classics. Just a couple of years ago in a discussion I asked a young person to name the words of a song that he KNEW. The ANSWER. NO,NO,NO NO NO NO< NO NO NO ad infinitum. The best of health to you all..

  • Scottish one hit wonders.....I thought you were talking about the 1978 world cup

  • Funnily enough the Lead Singer has aged quite well, he performed in Australia at the "Countdown" Concert a couple of years ago.

  • wow... I think I just had my first homo twinge watching the lead singer... or maybe it's just that he looks like a pubescent girl... it's normal... keep telling myself it's normal... normal...

  • @SEANFIR lol, yes she kind of look like a "pubescent" girl... lol

  • Nice song! Should be air-played on January in every year. Although i was not born in January, it's my fave month. .. the fresh page of a new year.

  • David Paton & Ian Barinson also played on early Kate Bush albums. In fact they became quite prolific session players all round.

  • Ian bairnston is my cousin ...(lead )...awesome

  • This was my favourite song when I was nine lol!

  • Glad you changed your mind about the one hit wonder bit. Even Hobart had them record 3 songs in the top 40.

  • Ian Bairnson before the Alan Parsons Project's era, at the guitar !!!

  • Scottland is the mecca of great bands singers and composers as Pilot, Gerry Rafferty, Al Stewart, Ali Thomson ....
