While searching for Django Reinhardt, I bumped into this great overlay music by Slim Richey & Yo Gadjo. Dallas has a good French swing cafe-jazz band! There is hope for Texas after all! Good work guys! Great music!
I've heard the only exciting thing to happen in Uptown Dallas was when a lady died while opening a can of biscuits. There was also that tourist lady from Canada who blooded the corner of the Azure while biting into it to get a taste of the whole Uptown experience. There just is no satisfaction to be found here regardless of how many tall buildings they put up. Very boring. They need more homeless to talk to. Now across the river where all the African Americans live is very interesting.
Great job, Tom! and um.. SLim Richey has many bands - none of which is a Dallas Band. Awestin , baby!
