Yeah, Dave has smoked pot, and might still on occasion. But I've seen him in person with his daughters in Seattle, and he's just a normal guy. He wears the same clothes onstage and off, and being a parent has mellowed him just like the rest of us. To be honest, I think his "weed" reputation only served to get him more fans. Yea. Dave Acts weird. Dave is weird. Its also called being unique and just as he said, "Caution to the wind" He doesnt care about what people think of him. He's a musical genius, a vocal master, a guitar prodigy and a lord of words. He is himself, produces his own kind of music and even if drugs are involved, it doesnt take away from his talent and if anything ADDS to it. I believe though that if he wasnt famous, he'd still be playing his guitar on the street and be perfectly happy.

Yeah, Dave has smoked pot, and might still on occasion. But I've seen him in person with his daughters in Seattle, and he's just a normal guy. He wears the same clothes onstage and off, and being a parent has mellowed him just like the rest of us. To be honest, I think his "weed" reputation only served to get him more fans. I don't think he's ever been as much of a druggie as you're lead to believe.
