Well, Link's hair in the first two Zeldas was brown, but that's because it was the same Link in the original LoZ and in AoL. Nowdays it seems to range from a dark blonde to a strawberry blonde-ish color.

If you've heard of that Bleach anime/manga, Matsumoto's hair color is an example of strawberry blonde (though it's more of a full-version of the color instead of a slight hint of it like Link's). In ALTTP, Link's hair was mostly that color.
