I agree that Ron Paul is quite remarkable and I agree that we ought to have ended the Fed Fraud on January 1st 1914 right after it was blithely signed off on, I'm not in the same camp though when it comes to treating Austrian Economics as gospel.
End the federal Reserve. Audit the Gold. Arrest the government under the Rico Act. Stop the Wars. Raie tarriff's on all foreign goods. Stop driving at least one day a week. And stop buying at Walmat. Then we wil get our country back but not until all this happens and stop government health care. The choice is bye American this country is done.
We have to shake off this way of thinking, no more left vs right. We need Many Ron Paul's. I don't care if your an eloquent speaker it's what your speaking and backing up that counts. We need to wake up America! We have a turd polisher now, he is continuing on Helping GWB ruin this Republic! Stand up Patriots let's take back the Republic!
Ron Paul is neither right nor left, he doesn't pander to ideologies that benefit one group of people, but hurt another. He's a libertarian and has transcended far beyond silly political bickering and is fully dedicated to what is RIGHT regardless of the repercussions.
Besides, there really aren't two sides, only an illusion of two different sides that are separate in name only.
In Ron Paul's case he practices what he preaches.
That's good. I "found" Ron Paul though extensive Constitutional research and looking for authorities on that document and he kept popping up over and over. When I started reading what he had to say I found that we were 100% in agreement.
At the time I was completely disenchanted with politics, but was reinvigorated when D.C. has at least one person who is serious about the Constitution and treating people with candor and dignity.
I understand your perspective, but that is, in essence, capitulating to public ignorance and political expedience over what is right. Making a deal with the devil is still dealing with the devil!
I could have voted McCain just because I thought he wouldn't be as bad as Obama, but I WANTED Ron Paul to be my president. I voted Ron Paul, not the lesser of two evils.
I am a hardcore idealist, never making concessions, and I think we need to do exactly what our Conscience dictates, not follow the crowd even if it's sort of in the direction we think is right. We are only responsible for our own actions and it is imperative we do what we believe to be right, never choosing the lesser of two evils because it's still choosing evil!
Im not a fan of Romney because he is neo-con or at least espouses their beliefs.
Hope Paulstays in the 2 party systum, Then he has a chance of accomplishing something.. The 3rd parties just make it easier for the libs to take over. #rd p[arty vote is a vote for the opposition, Dont forget it.

AUDIT THE FED! THEN END IT! What we need is Australian economics. Where the proof of a beer represents the strength of a currency.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Although we respect Ron Paul and he has incredible ideas & facts supporting his views -- IMHO & respectfully,
we just can't see him being "electable".
SADLY!
If he were to be running mate with someone like Romney or Palin -- we'd support the ticket -- in a heart beat.
It's todays world of needing the "IT" factor that stinks & plays against him.
Again -- we are NOT against Ron Paul, so don't be upset with us. :D

its about campaign dollars and controlled media, when you say 'we' what you mean is that 'you' cant see it.

We = hubby, family, friends, co-workers, neighbors ... and I.
Again... "I" am NOT against Ron Paul in any way.
Agree -- media is a major pile of puke & the down fall of this country, IMHO.
We do respect Rep Paul for his honesty & boldness.
He's an American Hero! :)

Is Ron right or left? Admittedly, I'm just starting educate myself on his views & policies more deeply.
Far as GWB - we'll differ regarding him.
Dems set a lot of traps for Repubs & GWB throughout the 8 yrs, but especially the last 2.
Fannie/Freddie were ignored by congress, mostly Dems as their hands prints are all over it.
Rules For Radicals played a major roll in what happend, as well.
Just my opinion -- nothing against yours. :)

That's where I thought he stood & thank you for confirming.
As stated before -- just getting started a more indepth study of him.
Will keep in touch!
Thanks!

You're my kind of debater. :D
Far as McCain -- literally had to hold our noses. Had it not been for Sarah -- not sure we wouldn't have sat it out.
Unforunately, our 2 party system results with 3rd party votes helping the least of the 2 evils winning.
Completely see you point & it's a credible argument.
Obviously we agree on something.
How do you feel about Romney?
Do you see a possible Romney/Paul ticket? Not sure Ron can pull the RNC primary ticket. Do you?
A sincere question, BTW :)

ummmm... meant WORST of 2 evils winning. (IT's LATE) LOL
